This site marks a new beginning. The domain remains the same, but what it serves now is not. It previously pointed to a fancier platform, which is still online under a closely related address. That version ran on Ghost. I didn’t dislike it. But it offered far more than I needed, and its abundance of features often pulled focus away from what I actually wanted to do: write.

There’s no nostalgia here. The content was fine. But the reset feels right.

This iteration runs on Jekyll. A static generator suits me better: plain files, edited locally, published from the terminal. Clean. Direct. Enough. Still, this setup might be temporary. I’m currently developing my own publishing system, a simpler, tailored alternative. I will write about its development here.

As for topics, they’ll likely fall into three main areas. One around software development, infrastructure, and tooling. Another around entrepreneurship, not as a business blog but as a space to explore what it means to build things independently. And a third, more reflective and metaphysical, not necessarily less technical, but oriented toward first principles and foundational questions. I briefly considered splitting that into a separate site, but quickly dismissed the idea. I’m not building a brand here. I’m one person, and this is one space.

No promises. No roadmap. Just a space to write, on my own terms.
